Sooner State Seminars, LLC, was founded in 2005 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Our mission is to provide electricians with National Electrical Code training necessary for license renewal through engaging, high-quality seminars.

More About the Instructor
David Adcock is the current Chief Executive Officer at the Oklahoma Building Code Commission. He previously served as the Construction Services Superintendent for the City of Oklahoma City. He is a member of the U.L. Electrical Committee and has been in the electrical industry for 30 years. Mr. Adcock has been an instructor for electrical CEU classes since the inception of the State of Oklahoma's CEU requirements. He is certified as an Electrical Instructor through the Construction Education Foundation. Mr. Adcock has a Master Code Professional Certification through the International Code Council.
